Montway indicated that the car would be picked up anytime after Saturday. I received a call Friday from the transport company that they wanted to pick it up that evening. Not a big deal, but we gave it a quick polish to protect it for the trip in the open carrier. No issues with service what so ever, just caught me a little by surprise.

As for the delivery, my daughter was a little more anxious. I certainly wouldn't want to time to the hour when I could deliver 3000 miles away. The transport company initially indicated between 1 -4 pm. Then I think the driver called and said between 4 - 7 pm. The driver finally called around 9 or 9:30 and said he was here. The car was already unloaded. Luckily the driver was able to get about a block away and my daughter could walk there in a few minutes. Other than that, I didn't hear any complaints about the driver. He helped her walk around the car with a light to inspect it. She paid him and he was off. It actually worked out
that he delivered it at night vs during the day. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Montway or the transport company (Rainier Trucking LLC) to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.
