I recently received over 10 bids to transport one of our cars from a storage facility in Sarasota, FL to suburban Chicago. After reading a lot of reviews I chose to go with Montway for the shipping, and I'm glad I did.

The price quoted by Montway, while not the cheapest nor the most expensive, was very competitive. Montway was able to provide a truck within one day of placing the order, but that was too fast for me to be able to accommodate the driver. We settled on a date three days further out and the driver arrived in a timely manner. Transport time was scheduled to be four days, but the driver actually arrived in three.

Service provided by yhe in-house representative, Elena, was prompt, efficient, and her follow through was excellent. The same goes for the driver, Alex, who was extremely courteous and helpful when he delivered the car.

This was my first experience of shipping a car on my own, and I was extremely leery after reading the reviews of a number of the shippers. My experience with Montway was a vast difference from what reviewers said of the other shippers.

I have another car to ship on the same route in the near future and I'll definitely be contacting Montway for that shipment.
