Overall, the service was acceptable and I got my car in less time than quoted. The driver who dropped it off was very nice, and I was okay with the fact that it wasn't door-to-door service and that I never received a phone call until he had actually arrived with the car!

My biggest problems were with the customer service reps promising a discounted price they couldn't honor and giving a range of pick up days they couldn't meet. At the end of the day, I ended up paying $50 more than I was quoted. I'd rather Montway communicate with the transporters before quoting a price which it is unable to honor.
