When the "other" guys failed to pickup after 7 days, I called Montway. They listened to my story and matched a carrier who picked the vehicle up 2 days later. Sure, the driver made accommodations for me and was therefore a little late at pickup, but he gave the extra effort to load the vehicle. My vehicle arrived within the delivery period with NO damage. This, my first experience shipping a car, was made right by the folks at Montway and their relationships with quality carriers.
