My parents on the receiving end told me the driver was fantastic. He called for drop off and asked about trees on the road of drop off so that no cars would get damaged by branches. He couldn't pull into their neighborhood with his large truck as he was overweight and he kept apologizing. He met my Mom on the main road entrance.

Booking was easy. We had some problems with calls in the middle of the night as I'm in the UK now. Everyone at the call center was great with exception of one employee who didn't understand my order. I would still use them again. The car was early and had no damage.
