I received a quick response after my initial inquiry, and the company kept me informed as to the progress in finding a driver. At one point, I called the main office with a question and had a poor experience with the woman who answered the phone. She refused to answer my question regarding usual wait times (I had two transport drivers cancel almost immediately). She basically talked only gibberish that had nothing to do with what I was asking.
Other than that, my experience was good. Both the main office and the driver were communicative and helpful. The car arrived in good condition.
