We are very happy to hear that the vehicle was delivered so quickly. And we are glad that the vehicle was delivered IN EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO ISSUES at all. Montway stands by its services and will go above and beyond to assist customers if there are any issues. Clearly in this reported case, the vehicle was delivered fast and safe.
Please note that our terms are publicly published on our website, disclosed prior and during booking, written in the customer agreement and within all communications thereafter. Our goal is to transport your vehicle, never to inconvenience our customers in any way. The additional cost was disclosed ahead of time to you and you agreed to the charges in writing.
The carrier used for the transport is one of the best carriers as they ship sports and show cars for us and other dealers. Never we have had any issue with them or the service they provide. However we take feedback seriously and due to your statement that the driver was rude we have reported that issue to the carrier to make sure it is taken care of and is not repeated with any of our customers.
It is great to know that the vehicle was delivered without any damage whatsoever, and that is just how we expect the job be done always.
We also immediately responded to your complaint and offered favorable for you resolution, which you refused to honor with a response.
