I was annoyed at first that Montway did not have an assigned contact person for me each time I called. Having said, that, each of the four people I spoke with worked as a team. They were prompt with responses and were competent.

Readers... you must understand there are two separate parties involved in this transport job. The broker, Montway Auto Transport, and the actual hired carrier, Sun Car Carriers Inc. Montway handled the pricing and the booking and the communication involving getting trip updates from the driver which I could have and indeed did manage myself by calling the drive directly. The second part of the job involved the driver only. Driver was flexible with cargo requests; time and place of pickup were accomodating; so was time and place of delivery. I washed my car below loading onto the truck. I received the car dirty upon delivery. But of course! Why wouldn't it be dirty?! Pennsylvania got hit with a nasty snow storm. Anyone that has driven would understand this aspect. I am not complaining at all. Folks that did complain are just being idiots.
I honestly believe that Montway delivered as promised, from price to timing. No surprises!
Also the carrier, Sun Car Carriers Inc, also were honest people, accommodating, and delivered as expected. No damage to car. No extra costs. No surprises!

I can't speak for the other brokers/carriers. Mine were excellent and would recommend to anyone.
Last but not least, don't get scared away like I was after I read the negative reviews. That is a minority. And most of the time, only those with bad experiences spend the time to write a negative review. Nevertheless, Montway's statistics (something like 98.5% positive reviews) speak for itself.
Did I get compensated? Not yet. I think I will get a restaurant.com coupon. I don't even use that. And I took over 30 minutes to write this review anyway. So it is not about compensation. Hardworking honest people deserve recognition too.
