I had never had to use an auto transport company in the past and was nervous about the process. I chose to go with a BBB member company and had reviewed many company ratings. While all were not positive, I was impressed that the company took time to comment on the negative reviews which gave clarity to the whole process of shipping a car. I have nothing but positive to say about my experience. The initial contact person was helpful, my car was picked up on time and delivered 2 days early, there were no hidden charges, the truck driver was great to communicate with me. Honestly, I don't feel I could have had a more seamless experience. It was great and if I ever need the service again, I would not hesitate to call Montway Auto Transport.
