Hello Alex, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate that you booked your order in advance, however, we will not know our carrier availability until a few days before your first available pickup date this is why we cannot guarantee the dates for pickup or delivery. If your route is not frequented by our carrier network we will work with our carriers to try and get them to accommodate your route. Our team is instructed to let you know of any options that may become available and the cost for that option. You do have the option to decline it and we can continue working on assigning a carrier.
