Hello, Matthew, the carrier has been addressed about the late pickup and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have reviewed the phone calls with the carrier and they stated that they weren't able to pick up your vehicle the first time as the vehicle had been in an accident and it would not safely fit on the trailer. It was mutually agreed between you and the carrier, to leave the vehicle on your street. You handed the keys to the driver and signed the bill of lading releasing the vehicle to him so he did not have to cancel your shipment. You were then given the new dates for pickup and delivery. Your vehicle was picked up on 12/6/2018 and delivered on 12/9/2018 as expected.
