Had to get my car to Hawaii on short notice for a new job and I contacted Montway for a quote. They were very reasonable and arranged everything, from pick up of my car in Phoenix (200 miles from my home) to getting it loaded on the barge at the port in California. There was an issue having another person pick it up in Honolulu, even though I gave the Montway people her information, but that eventually got resolved and it was more the Matson people anyway causing problems and delays. The driver was right on time picking up my car, which was great, because I was leaving for the airport an hour later. He did a great job of communicating with me and I never felt like I was hanging.. I would definitely use them again, but probably be more insistent on knowing details than being quite so trusting that everything would work out perfectly.
