This is absolutely the worst company I have dealt with ever!! Late by 3 days......costing me 3 days off work......and an unhappy boss! Cost me 3 days extra on my trailer rental to carry the car home. Poor communication, and if you did get ahold of him he was always angry and pissed off
to talk to you. He should not be in the public service at all!!! The arial was broken off my car. He scraped the bottom bumper taking it off the carrier, he damaged another vehicle when his ramps blew off an upper deck and slammed into the roof of another car. No apoplogies were offered, no help getting the car onto my trailer, showed up in the dark so its hard to check the car out. Will never use this company away. I have read the reviews from other people having he same responses......at the end of the day STAY AWAY FROM MONTYS AUTO TRANSPORT!! You will have nothing but grey hair by the time you get your car.
