Do not use this outfit! They are total hacks. In addition to delivering my car on the wrong day and several hours later than what they communicated the day prior to delivery, they were completely rude and unprofessional and left me with a damaged vehicle.

The car's brake lines were disconnected, brake fluid was spilled all over the street in front of our house and two neighbors houses. The rear spring coils were damaged due to driver rocking the car up and down and around for approx 30 minutes, while swearing the he picked up this "piece of crap" with no brakes, though he made no mention of that in the bill of lading that he signed upon picking up the vehicle. The battery was dead. Two hours after they dropped off the car, the front left tire was flat from all the rocking. The convertible top was loose from having been driven on top of an open carrier across country in stormy weather. These guys also created a spectacle in front of our home when trying to dismount the car.

As witnessed by various neighbors, the driver and partner were rude and inconsiderate to my wife, who was receiving the vehicle. They have yet to provide a copy of the Bill of Lading on the receiving end, though they claim my wife signed it. I have called them requesting the bill of lading and reimbursement for damages. They have yet to send the bill of lading and they take no responsibility for the various damages to the vehicle.

The dispatcher took no responsibility, the driver took no responsibiliity, and they have not reimbursed me for any of the costs. They have been unprofessional, unresponsive, and pretty much idiots. I suppose if you have a smooth delivery, then no problem. But if you have any issues, Motion Express will not take responsibility for anything. Total clowns.
