I was assigned Motion Express by Direct Express Auto Transport after the first guys they assigned changed up my pick up with out notifying me and sent a Tow truck to pick up my expensive Porsche. I was not having it. The dealer would inspect it once then the car could
be damaged moving from truck to carrier or worse (Ferris Bueller's Day Off) Motion Express was told that I wanted the car picked up by the carrier to be secured once for a 1-2-3 move. The dispatcher did exactly as I asked. The driver called me once he got to the Dealership. He told me when he was rolling out and said it would take 7-10 days depending on the cars to deliver along the way. Well He left on Tuesday and I got my car on Monday just 6 days and in the early afternoon before the estimated time. I preferred that as I wanted to inspect the car in daylight. I was happy with the delivery so I can't complain. I'm sorry to hear that some people had issues but my experience was good.
