I was not pleased with the service from this company. I had to wait over a week to be called and informed when the pick up date. Although they did pick up the day before I was told their service was very poor. They delivered the jeep to my house a day later than i had been told, did not park it near my house and then left. The driver spoke very poor english that was hard to understand and it took me several times to tell him something. Upon recieving my jeep there were some issues of which my husbands navy lawyer told me to call them about. When i called the company the first time I was informed that I would be called back, after waiting about 3 hours I called them back. During the second phone call i placed my complaint and was about to ask what was going to be done about it when the person at the other end hung up on me, and when i tried to call him back he did the same thing. It took me leaving a message and trying 3 more times and calling their secondary number for him to answer my calls. I am very upset with the customer service, they are rude, they do not know what they are doing or talking about and they are not honest with you. They do not accept any responsibilty and do things only on their terms. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they should not be allowed to ship vehicles. As of right now my lawyer is getting involved...I recommend researching your companies and choosing the best one. This company is the worst i have seen yet.
