Estelle at Motor Movers was superb. The actual transporter, New Empire Brothers, did okay. Estelle was accessible and knowledgeable. She was upbeat and maintained visibility through the process to delivery. I would use Estelle again. I called several other brokers and got answering machines, so the fact that someone like Estelle picked up the phone and got right on it was important to the experience and got my business. One thing to watch- -if you live in an area that is inconvenient for an 18-wheeler to maneuver through, don't buy the "door to door" claim- -at least not at competitive prices....overall, very good experience.
