The Company Motor Movers was a really great company and Estelle was really kind and helpful, but (the notorious but) the company that actually drove my car (Mon-Trans) had little communication, arrived hours late and was almost unreachable during the hours the driver was late. As more Motor Movers, I would without question work with them again, but I would allow Mon-Trans to transport my vehicle.

We spoke with Mon-Trans and they did apologize for having bad communication and late hours. Life on the road is tough for our carriers. No reception, bad weather, and bad customer service skills.
