What an ordeal.

I went through another broker to start and they failed to pick up my car the first time around. I got fed up and changed to this broker. The reason I choose motor movers was because of the service. Customer support is the number one reason to pick a service as it sets the tone for everything else. I had a good vibe about this company in their honesty with me. Another brokerage even tried to undercut them, but in the end I decided the higher price was worth it. Glad I made that decision. I never felt out of the loop.
