I contacted Motor Movers and received a quote via e-mail. The next day I was called and the price suddenly changed from $350 to move a Ford Expedition from Folsom, Ca. to Prescott, Az to $600. After 2 weeks of waiting for a call I called Motor Movers for an up date on the pick up of my vehicle. They told me I needed to raise the price to $650 in order to have a company pick up and deliver my Ford. One more week went by and still no call from them. I called again and Motor Movers said they still had no one who was willing to pick up my Ford at that price. One hour later they called with ''Good News''. They had a carrier who would get me my vehicle to me the next day. The price $800. I cancelled the pick up and will fly to Folsom, Ca. and drive it to Prescott, Az. From $350 to $800 is not very ethical.

RIC CARRILLO 480-878-7315 RIC@MOTORMOVERSTRANSPORT.COM Hello Mr. Fuentes, I do regret that your experience with Motor Movers was not a pleasant one. However, I would like to explain the restrictions that you had placed on the transport of your Expedition. The $350.00 quote was generated by a automatic quoting system. When I researched the carrier and fuel price I saw that this quote was inaccurate. Therefore I contacted you and explained the issue. I then did give you an estimate of $750 and explained that due to the size of the vehicle and location carriers might ask for more.You stated that was to high and we agred to lest it at $600. I did let you know that the Expedition might set for a while at this rate but some carrier may just need one more vehicle to fill a load. So may take for that rate. When you did call back in Mr. Fuentes you wanted moved quickly so I contacted carrier and we found one that would take it for $800. I then contacted you with the update. Also I lowered our rate down to $100 to assist you. We do not set the carrier rates the carrier do. I did the best I could given the rate restrictions I was given. Good Luck to You, RIC C.
