This company is a complete jokes. This company has contracted Zen Auto Transport to ship this vehicle and that company was absolutely great. They picked up my car within the time frame given and called ahead to schedule appointments. The problem was that Stefanie, who took my order, messed up delivery dates on the carriers contract! She told me that the car would arrive in 7-10 days so I booked my flight to arrive in VA on the 22nd. Then the carrier calls me on 20th to schedule an appointment for the 21st delivery and at first I was furious at them, but then they showed me the contract that Stefanie sent them and it clearly says on the delivery on 21st and has no noted on there about my arrival what-so-ever! My car had to go to a storage facility and I had to go and pick it up after I flew in which was a huge inconvenience for me. To make matters worse, a dispatcher from Zen Auto has contacted showing proof that Stefanie put a stop payment on a check that she sent to them AND SHE CHARGED MY CARD IN FULL ALREADY! There is no diligence, communication, or integrity when it comes to Stefanie. She clearly messed up big time and instead of owning up and fixing her wrong, she tried to pin it on the carrier who moved my car and then ripped them off out of their pay. Never use this broker even if no one else is available !!!!
