I was inundated with calls from all types of transport companies to the point of confusion and frustration. Prices were all over the place and the more I looked into transporting my car the more hesitant I was due to scams and the uncertainty of the business. Mark called and did a great job. I felt very comfortable workiing with HIM as opposed the company so he represents his company well as a huge asset. He took time in telling me how the industry worked and was very transparent about the business. He then told me the ways customers get taken advantage of which in this case all other companies were asking for contracts, up front payments etc before looking. He on the other hand put skin in the game first and looked for resources, offered a better lead time at the best cost.

The only incident I did encounter however which was not Mark's fault is through the driver which Mark could not foresee himself since the driver decided to leave the next day verses telling us immediate pickup.
Mark could have charged me a fee and collected when I cancelled the delivery but did the right thing and set that aside which ultimately made me come back to him next week when I needed the car transported and finding all others were more about the fees and holding my vehicle.

He did a great job and I highly recommend him. He definitely took the worry and frustration out of the process. He was very friendly and responsive and followed up to ensure car was delivered which it was a day earlier and the driver he used was beyond excellent!
