Move on time took a deposit and then never showed up to pick up my car. I contacted them by phone and email no less than 5 times each and they have not responded. This company has not had the courtesy to return my calls or answer my emails. They need to change the name of their company. I have notified my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

We moved Ken's father a week before he called. His father had such a good experience that he recommended us to Ken. Ken gave a 48 hour notice to move his vehicle from NJ to FL which is difficult anytime of the year but he wanted to move during snow bird season. The price to have him moved that quickly went up by $50 but Ken didn't want to pay he wanted to see what we could do for him. He cancelled and he received his refund that day. Some people want everything for nothing and they think the world somehow revolves around them, Ken is one of those people.
