We want to commend NA Car Shipping for arranging the transport of our car. Our contact, Nick at NA Auto, found us on line, responded to our query for help with transport, and promptly arranged with a company in our area for the wonderful service we received. Nick was courteous, thorough, quick to get back to us, and completely professional. If I ever do this again, I will begin with a call to Nick. Unlike the first company with which we tried to do business, and which failed to keep us informed except to tell us we would have to understand that with the holidays they couldn't provide prompt service, Nick got right on it. Our car was picked up within a day and a half of contracting with him. Who could ask for better service?! He was always polite and treated our need with the urgency it required. Also, the price quoted by Nick was much more reasonbale than any other company we had contacted. I also will review the company he arranged for us because they are superb deliverers of service. However, without Nick, we wouldn't have known of them, so I have to give Nick the first review of excellence. I am writing totally in response to the kind of service we experienced, which was really extraordinary.
