The first time I used this company they were phenomenal! The second and last time around the driver showed up late for pickup, and I was assured that this wouldn't effect the drop off date but it did. Planning was crucial in this transport and everything was all off from pick up to delivery. I was also not informed that I must pay my remaining balance in CASH only at final destination. Again, the first time around was great, this time it was not worth the hassle and being late to work. On another note, the driver was nice and professional.
