We were not told the truth all the way along the process. We were told you use your own trucks and drivers, and do not broker out. You did not use your own truck, your own driver, and the driver you designated and gave me contact info for was not the driver. He was a broker. The pickup date was requested set for Friday, July 29. Then we were told it would be Monday, August 1. Then we were told it would be Tuesday, August 2. The driver was 2 hours late. The truck did not start on the trip until Wednesday, August 3. During the trip the driver (whose contact info we finally obtained) would not answer his phone, but only did text messages. We were told we could track the truck on the Internet. That was not true also. Customer service did not answer their phone on occasions when I called. Just a voicemail, and they did not call me back as requested.
The good news is, the delivery was made, and in good time.
