This was my first time using a shipping company, so I was a little nervous. My luck was good with this company. I would definitely use them again or recommend this company to others.

My vehichle (Honda Accord) was shipped on 8/15/09 without damage from VA to WA in about 5 days. The weather was good. I wouldn't expect this during snow season. The truck was an open carrier type. I made the reservation about 2 weeks ahead of time. The person taking the reservation was very informative about the process and service. I thought the price ($942) for shipping my vehicle across the country was fair. A small deposit was made and the rest was due upon delivery. Keep in mind that they do have a cancelllation fee.

The drivers (2) were nice and on time. The good thing is that the driver is willing to pick up the vehicle at your house. The bad thing is that these trucks are often so big that you would have to meet up at a more accessible location nearby. So unless you live next to a major road, plan on meeting up with the driver somewhere. The dispatcher did warn me about that, so I was prepared for it.

I chose this company based upon the amount of business the company does annually, the drivers are employed by the company and other positive reviews. It turned out to be a good decision. The other reviewers on this site helped me in making my decision, so I feel obligated to contribute to the site/others.
