This was my first time transporting a motor vehicle and I started off a little worried that something might go wrong. Danny from National Auto Transport Company was actually the first person I spoke with for a quote, though I was contacted by a few other companies.
I really appreciated his frankness, familiarity with the business, and above all, his honesty. He didn't try to quote me a price that was too low (good) to be true, but I didn't feel taken advantage of either, especially after receiving quotes from a few other carriers.
My car was picked up on time and actually arrived a day earlier than I expected! The carrier was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was pretty dirty when it arrived, as were all the others on the truck. However, it was shipped in the middle of winter and came through at least three mountain passes on an open carrier, so a little dirt was to be expected.
National Auto Transport Company says they're reliable and honest and that's exactly what I would tell anyone as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any of my friends or family looking for auto transport services!
