So unfortunately for me, I was in a rush when trying to find a company to ship my car out here and did not read many reviews and such, and because National Auto Transports quote was around $100 cheaper than everywhere else, I opted to use them to ship my car. This was the worst decision ever. I was in contact with Jay who at first was very easy to reach and answered his phone promptly and such. After I paid a deposit I didn't hear anything back from him nothing to confirm the date of the pickup etc. Eventually I got a hold of him and he told me that it was OK for me to pack some stuff in the trunk of my car, which I did. It turns out that the actual moving company is not associated with National Auto Transport. Anyway upon inspection of my car, the driver saw there was some stuff in the trunk and told me this was unacceptable, and tried to bribe me. He told me that if I paid him $150 upfront, then he would forget about telling his boss, who would tell the people at National Auto transport. I thought this was sketchy so tried to call Jay, the person I had been in contact with at National Auto Transport but never got a response. All was good until I was waiting for my car to arrive and was trying to find out where it was and neither the driver or Jay would answer their phone. I thought I had been scammed. It came 8 days late, was a mess, and had scratches that weren't on it before. The worst thing was not knowing where my car was. Only when I called Jay and threatened to call the police under the assumption that he is stealing my car did he call me back. And then he bought me the car the next day, but told me how the price had changed, and something about how he had already signed off on something so I had to pay the driver at the door to get my car. And if I didn't sign, I wouldn't be able to get my car. I told him this was his mistake and he kept saying he would pay me the extra $100 and send me a check the next day and I told him to send me an email or something in guarantee, but this never happened. I got my car before I got any check (I never received it) and wasn't going to risk not seeing my car again so just paid the driver. Pretty much, this was the worst experience with any moving company I have ever used in my life. Also, I'm not to sure it is a legitimate company - whenever you dial their numbers and click to go to customer service it is just a running voicemail that just dumps your messages. Key is, don't cheap out on $100 or so because they will scam it from you one way or another. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews, but feel really strongly about this company and would not want anyone to experience the same thing I did.
