- National Car Transport's price quote was honored, however, the quoted 7-10 delivery time was not met.
- National Car Transport effectively contracted the trucking company and took their $100 cut. The additional $800 was due to the driver at pick-up. The cost was honored throughout the process. No issues.
- It took 16 days from pick-up to delivery which is considered excessive, by anyone in the car transport business. Time is money (in this case, the cost of a rental car) and the late delivery cost me.
- I called the driver numerous times wondering when my car would arrive but the driver chose not to return my calls. He eventually contacted me the day prior to delivery, which was nearly a week after I expected it based on information originally provided by National Car Transport.
