Back in April of last of 2013, I was offered a job opportunity in the state of Washington. Having never shipped a car before i turned to internet in hopes of finding some useful resources. It was actually a pretty stressful process as I kept reading bad review after bad review; there were stories of cars being damaged, lost, and vandalized. Finally, a search on the BBB website pulled up National Car Transport. I reached out to them and was greeted by Mike. He was super nice and patient. I explained that I was new to the process and he was very helpful and patient in explaining everything I needed to know. I was quoted a price by e-mail but never once felt like I was being pressured. I finally decided to pull the plug. Being the procrastinator that I am, I called them last minute and only gave them a short notice. The car was picked up on time, driver was very friendly, inspected the car, I signed a doc and the car was on its way. The car actually arrived in Washington two days earlier than expected. There was no damage, mileage was the same etc. I also appreciated the fact that Shannon and Mike followed up to make sure that everything was in good order. I was a smooth and painless experience from beginning to end. Needless to say, when I moved back home a year later, I reached out to Shannon and Mike again. The experience was as good as the first time. Would definitely use them for all of my future shipping needs. Thanks again guys.
