I was helping a friend get a car shipped to Las Vegas and had no idea of how to go about finding a carrier. After hours of researching different companies, and different pricing, I decided to go with National Car Transport. I worked with Diana, who was professional, helpful, and responded to my calls in a prompt way. I had talked with American Freight and got a non-responsive contact person whose pricing was about $200 more than National's, so decided to go with them. It's really a risk when you think of buying a house sight unseen with a realtor you never heard of, but this company is a true class act. They quoted me a price of $950, of which $150 would be a deposit on my credit card and the rest would go to the driver. However, when I spoke to the carrier, he quoted me $75 more than what the price would have been, so the company ate the $75 and only charged my card $75. Who does this in today's business?? Also, the carrier, Donny McGlasson of De Emce could not have been more reliable and friendly, answering every phone call I made to him, and being very accommodating in the pick-up and delivery. If you really want peace of mind with shipping your car, you have to use this company and ask for Diana!
