I've never transported a car so relied on other's reviews before I made my selection. From beginning to end Jimm was courteous, honest and very helpful in coordinating the transport of my vehicle from Miami, FL to NC. I originally scheduled the car to be delivered to Raleigh, NC, but at the last minute had to change it to Charlotte, NC. Jimm and his subcontractor transport company accommodated my last minute change and made it one of the least stressful things on my "to do" list that week. My husband was notified an hour before it reached it's destination in Charlotte and he received the car in perfect condition. Of course, it was pretty dirty from the trip since it was in an open trailer, but that was to be expected. Overall a great experience. I have no problem recommending National Car Transport to my friends and family needing to transport a vehicle.
