Laura and the National Transport team were nothing but courtious and professional to both the driver and the customer. They went above and beyond to assist all parties involved.
As our website states that anytime the customer wants a vehicle to have either a garuanteed pick up and/or delivery there is an extra charge. The customer only stated that the vehicle would be ready on the 14th of September. Three days before the the customer decided that they wanted a garuanteed pick up of the 14th of September.
It was made perfectly clear to the driver that they had to have the vehicle picked up on the 14th of September and that they would need ramps to load the vehicle.
As soon as Laura found out that the driver had no ramps she immediately started calling the local area business to see if we could locate the ramps that would be needed to load and unload the vehicle safely. After alot of time and phone calls ramps were secured and the vehicle was loaded on time and delivered shortly there after.
When a driver was located it was made clear to him that the vehicle would need ramps to be loaded and that they had to pick up on the 14th. When the driver got there he did not have ramps and the customer stated dimensions were wrong and that the vehicle was actually 8 feet longer then either the driver or National Transport had accepted.
