The most unprofessional service I have ever recieved

Keep in mind reading this that National Auto Transport does not actually transport the vehicle. They find a carrier for you to transport it. The rating I have provided are for the second carrier that National Auto Transport provided for me. I say second because we had a driver lined up and they canceled. I was in no hurry to receive my vehicle and I understood that the times weren't exact due to the other vehicles that had to be picked up before and after mine by the company. Now national transport was courteous and professional. They held up perfectly on their end of the bargain. Which is what I read on the other reviews. It just depends on who they find to move your vehicle. The company that delivered my vehicle was ELITE FLEET, INC. Located 1642 south parker rd, denver colorado. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. If national auto transport assigns them to you, tell them you need a new company. I contacted the driver multiple times. Every time I called he convienently said, "Oh, I was just going to call you." I told him I was in no rush just to keep me posted on when he was picking up the vehicle from CA to deliver it to CO. He never called. Every day I called to check up. It was a nightmare finding someone to be there for the vehicle because he kept changing the times and running late. He never once called to let us know, just left us hanging waiting around. Very unprofessional. I let him know that I needed at least 2 hours time notice so I can be available for when the vehicle was to be dropped off. I get a phone call saying that he is 20 min away. I let him know that I was at work and I needed two hours. He said "we spoke yesterday and agreed on 12:00." I told him I was working all day until 9 pm and had not received a phone call. He started arguing saying that someone must have answered my phone for me and agreed. I let him know that my phone was in my pocket the whole day. No one had access. Regardless, I had to tell my customers I had an emergency and rushed home. In person he was more rude and was going to drop the vehicle off in front of my house facing the opposite way of traffic (parking wrong direction). I was so furious I didn't want to hand off the 900 cash that was due opon receipt. But I did and as he was walking away I asked "Don't I get a receipt?" I now have one and will let everyone I know to do their own research, don't let a company find a carrier for you. I am sure National Transport is an awesome company, but ELITE FLEET SUCKS!!!!!
