When I placed my order Hilary stated that it would take a day or two to get my Lexus picked up. I was more than happy when Joette in dispatch called less than 2 hours later to say she had aleady found a driver. The driver was so curtious and called several hours before pickup to make sure I would be available. He even waited and extra 20 minutes for me to get home from work. My lexus as delivered just a couple of days later, just as explained. I will be using them again as I travel back and forth from FL to TX a lot.
