From the first phone call to the delivery of the vehicle everything went as described. The dispatcher kept me advised as to when the driver was selected and when he would arrive. Due to a detour caused by a rockslide on Interstate 40 the driver had to change his route. He kept us advised as to his new route and new arrival time. When he arrived it was determined that he could not bring the truck to our location, so I picked him up and he drove the car to his truck and loaded it.
The pick-up took place the day before Christmas Eve and the delivery was completed the day after Christmas, at the destination 650 miles from the pick-up point.
Great service, professional in every respect.
