The pickup was scheduled for Friday, 01-08-10, but due to poor road conditions the pick up was not made until the following morning. The weather for the preceding two weeks had been abnormally bad, so the delay was completely forgivable. The van was delivered a day earlier than promised in San Diego, and the drivers of the transport were courteous and professional at all times. All in all a very positive experience.
