I am still waiting for our car. Nationwide does answer their phone, they just can't tell you anything about where your shipment is! They contracted our auto move to Prodigy Auto Movers--NEVER USE THEM EITHER! Prodigy has gone missing with our car! They do not answer phone calls and are 8 days late as of today at 4pm. I realize that there is bad weather etc. but all they have to do is call us and let us know what is going on. Nationwide is who our contract is with and they have been NO HELP at all! They are the ones who hired Prodigy--not us. Nationwide first said that they could not do anything until it was past the late period. Then when I called and it was past late, they still wouldn't do anything! They said that the car should be here tomorrow, Sat. Jan 12th, but they have been saying that for a week now--that it would be here tomorrow. Just do yourself a huge favor and do not use Nationwide!! You will be sorry. We were referred to them by the Car dealership and went on that--I wish I would have found this site before then!
