I have to say the experience with Nationwide Transports (which was represented by Roger), was of excellence, promptness, and we are so very appreciative of it. We had a bad experience (more of a nightmare) before finding Nationwide Transport. My daughter moved to Texas from Puerto Rico and the person who transported her SUV from PR to FL (which was Wheels on Water from Puerto Rico) failed us by lying and not upfront. The SUV arrived as planned in Florida however, we received from them 8 different dates in a month spam that the SUV was kept at the Jacksonville FL port (even after have cleared Customs without problems). We kept asking what was going on and we either did not get an answer or were told the SUV did not make it to the truck (after in several occasions Robert from Wheels on Water the transport was on its way to pick up the SUV. The other part (again, before we found Nationwide Transport) was Silver Express Logistics (also a Robert was the point on contact there) did not take any responsibility and were very nasty and did not provided any answers about the SUV- all this got the point that we went to the police to report the SUV stolen and the police started to intervene in the situation. I got tired and decided to find our own transport and that is when Roger and Nationwide Transports came into the picture. Roger was very helpful and listened to the whole situation. He immediately told me the issue with the SUV is that Wheels on Water was not offering the money necessary for a transport to pick it up and that is why it was seating at the port. He also send us the screen shot of what was showing in the system the transports use to see what to transport is available and the money offered. The point with all this is after Roger received the info about the SUV we got the SUV in Texas in less than a week with no issues and save. The truck driver was in contact with us letting us know where and when he was going to arrive and we feel so blessed the bad situation with Wheels on Water and Silver Express Logistics led us to Nationwide Transports. There is more to this horrible story that had a great ending due to Mr. Roger at Nationwide Transports. We recommend them beyond words can express.
