Bait & Switch!!! Horrible company!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE company!! Lara gave us a written "guaranteed" quote to transport our car from Texas to Virginia for $560! The day they were scheduled to pick it up they called and said it would be $935! We had to pay it because we needed the car transported immediately! We were also told that we didn't have to pay until the car was delivered but they made us pay $235 before they would drop it off! Lara was down right rude! They also did not come to get the car until 8:30 at night and informed us that the truck couldn't make it down our road so we had to drive into town in order for them to load it! The driver also told us we'd have to pay more because we had a few plants in the car! When we booked the reservation we were told that we could have up to 100 lbs in the car! The plants definitely did not weigh 100 lbs!! We are VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! Perfect example of a BAIT & SWITCH!!! I STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! You'll regret it!!!
