New Wave moving..I obviously didn't read the negative reviews before I chose this company. My car needed excessive repairs so as many of us are doing we're looking for the cheapest way to move our vehicles and that's what I found with this company, the cheapest..yes the cheapest shipping coinciding with the cheapest service, cheapest employees, and just the most inconsiderate bunch of fake employees that have ever tried to pretend to be a legit business. I was looking to transfer my car from Ohio to Arkansas, I understood that where I was in Arkansas was a more out of place area to take my car but none the less after over a month of allowing them to figure something out it was time to find someone else. PLEASE heed my warning and do NOT take the chance with this company and my reasons are as follows..

Scott doesn't actually exist you can never get a hold of him after you sign your deal he disappears! He is a fake con man that isn't real and you never hear from him again! A con man so small in his actions the only thing smaller are his.....well lets say service.

This company never returns your calls you have to call them continuously to actually have SOMEONE answer and when you ask to be transferred no other people exist you only get answering machines that NEVER call you back!

I'm currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to check into their fraudulent business practices.

This world is full of frauds and scams and inconsiderate people looking for quick cash in a world where that's important please hold on to it and use a better company than this garbage. I'm still trying to get my deposit back..

I recommend Total Car Shipping they successfully did what this piece of____ company couldn't do in only Four days. I also read they claim to not know people that write bad reviews about them and have them deleted..I have all the proof of their negligence if they wanna try that too..
