Although none of our items were stolen from our vehicle, the driver drove our vehicle without our permission. The car was in transit for over a week and we were promised a variety of delivery dates and each day it was pushed back to "tomorrow." The driver admitted to us that he stopped at his house and "washed our car because he felt bad about the delays" but there was evidence that he took the car for a joy ride. There were papers for other jobs and obvious added mileage. Finally when our car was delivered, it was late at night and for both pick-up and delivery, we had to drive to meet the driver because he refused to come to us. Luckily we had another vehicle. Additionally, we were never told that the policy was cash only and the communication between the driver and the hire company (New Way) was horrible. The driver told us he was late for pick-up because he got stuck in NC but the customer service rep at New Way basically said he was lying. We were very close to canceling the service but we would have lost our $350 deposit. After all of these problems and various unanswered phone calls later, we have decided to never use a moving company (car or otherwise) ever! I do not recommend this company.

Dear sir/madam i would like to take this opportunity to appologize for all that. i'm just wondering how come you didnt notify our office about this incident. whatever the driver told you about us is completly LIE. we are doing everything we can to make our customrrs happy as much as we cann. and of course the driver will tell you everything about the broker to keep himself clean. we will forward that to the owner of J&B auto transport and will demand some refund for you.
