i would like to take this opportunity to appologize for all that.
i'm just wondering how come you didnt notify our office about this incident.
whatever the driver told you about us is completly LIE.
we are doing everything we can to make our customrrs happy as much as we cann.
and of course the driver will tell you everything about the broker to keep himself clean.
we will forward that to the owner of J&B auto transport and will demand some refund for you.
