first of all we appologize for the inconvienience that occured.
as mention on the order for service new way moving services is a broker, we assign your order to our agent.
you shouldn't pay the add'l $100, if the driver demended that you needed to wait for monday to clarify this issue with the company.
we can not control all the driver, we are trying to find out with the driver what was the reason for the add'l charge but we are willing to go 1 tep forward and as a good will and refund you the $100 to your credit card eventought from our side we did everything leagly.
