Very Poor Communication

It wasnt clear from the beginning that I (we) were dealing with a "broker." I thought I was giving my credit card information over the phone directly with a New Way agent. Never again will we be doing that. No reason anyone should have to deal with a third party for legitimate business purposes. I have since closed that credit card used to pay for this service.

Then if that wasnt enough, your employee that eventually dropped the vehicle off after numerous delays and excuses said we owed $50 more than what was contracted. Only after my wife threatened to get the contract that stated the amount we were to pay did he back off his demand. I wasnt with my wife when the car was dropped off but personally I would have just given him $100 for all the grief he and his company caused and took my chances in court. New Way really needs to consider hiring quality, professional, honest people as their drivers and contacts at the transport company.

Dear sir On the order for service that you wife signed it is indicated clearly black on white that new way moving services is a broker and that will assign your transport to an agent. we did not hide that at all. more then that we are very honest and there was NO reason for you to cancel the credit card. you have tounderstand that in the trucking business delays might occur. you wife had contacted our office few times to check in regards to the delivery, and all her calls always had been responded. Neither the carrier or the broker can control the driver, and if he had choosen to TRY to charge you extra money, you did the right thing by not agreeing to pay that. even if you had contacted directly with the shipping company situations like that migh happend. we are appologize for all that and will take the necessary steps to improve our services.
