Do Not Use This Company!

Set up this company to move two vehicles from California to Georgia. It was set up in February 2008 to transport the vehicles around October 1, 2008. I kept in touch with the company continously within the six months before the move (at least once a month). We were assured someone was picking up the vehicles October 3rd - when no one did we waited to move until October 6th waiting for a driver to show up. We started calling the company on October 6th asking when the cars would be picked up. All we got for the next 3 weeks was the run around. This was not one phone call a day - this was 3 or 4 phone calls a day plus emails. The emails were because our phone calss went unanswered and everytime you spoke with someone on the phone, no one knew anything about our vehicles.

Needless to say, our vehicles were never picked up and on October 21, 2008 I requested a refund. We received the refund on November 24, 2008 and this was only after filing with the Better Business Bureau three times, calling the Miami-Dade police, calling an attorney, etc.

In the end we received a refund for our deposit only. Although we feel since they broke the contract (and Florida law states) we can have storage fees, etc they literally wore us down and it took another 3 months to get someone to move our vehicles to Georgia
