I read plenty negative reviews for them but I still acting stupid fell in their trap. I couldn't afford a lot to pay for transporting my vehicle from Hartford to California thus I went New Way Moving, Why? because they provided me the lowest quote of 125o and guess what happened. As agreed they charged me $175 right away after sending me contract which clearly stated that my vehicle will be picke dup today or tomorrow. I was happy to see this. But, for 2 days no one got back to me. I called them enormous times but no one answered my calls. Then finally this lady picked my phone and right away she shouted on me, didn't want to listen, started making weird noises when I tried to speak. after this call they sent me another contract and guess what everything was changed in this one. The dates were extended further by 7 days. I still waited after realizing that Im trapped. But they did not pick my vehicle for 5 days and made pay extra money for the vehicle storage at the location. So far, neither I received my refund nor they contacted me back. If you consider yourself not a fool enough , then don't for them. They are just scum bag shit
