Horrible Service - Do Not Use!!

Initial conversation with representative he told me the shipping normally takes 30 days. It took over 65 days for my vehicle to get to me. Every time I talked to the customer service he was rude and they would not return emails. Ensure you ask questions about the method of payment. New Way Moving takes your deposit and washes their hands of you. From there you as the customer have to deal with the vendors who will transport your car. I just returned from deployment and was picking up my family en route to my new location. This process put a real hardship on my family when we arrived to our final destination overseas. All New Way wanted to do is deflect responsibility on the people they hired to transport the vehicle to me, and have me do the leg work. Which was a nightmare! This is how they treat their Veterans of the Armed Forces. They have horrible professionalism and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
