I had a 1974 VW convertible moved from my dad's house in Ohio to mine in Florida. It was important to me that this move not be a burden on my dad who is in his mid-eighties. My dad reported that the driver was very kind and courteous to him as well. The driver assigned to my "job" was just wonderful. He was courteous and sensitive to meeting my needs.
The representative from New Way was very kind as well, but she failed to tell me some significant details. She is no longer with the company. They have been very responsive to each and all concerns or question that I asked.
