I would like to state that the customer service and efficiency of New Way Auto Transport is excellent. Many of the orders placed with New Way are completed in a timely fashion and on the originally planned schedule. We receive constant updates and have a good flow of communication that takes place between myself and the management or customer service reps of New Way. In the event of any problems or changes in the pickup schedules New Way has honored all their quotations and corrected any problems that may have taken place.
